What Will You Be Doing?

The Senior Business Analyst is an integral role that helps advance the university’s strategic ambitions through transformative business analysis, process enhancements, and digital innovation initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across academic and professional services teams to tackle operational challenges, improve workflows, and enhance business systems.

Focusing on evidence-based decision-making, you’ll spearhead efficiency improvements, streamline service delivery, and ensure alignment with the institution’s goals. Your expertise in driving change and optimizing processes will help us deliver better outcomes for our students, staff, and stakeholders.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an experienced professional with significant expertise in business analysis and a proven ability to lead complex projects involving business process optimization, workflow modeling, and service improvement.

Your skills should include facilitating workshops, focus groups, and interviews to refine business requirements, as well as supporting the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. You’ll bring a strong aptitude for data analysis, with the ability to interpret trends and translate insights into actionable strategies that align with institutional priorities.

With a demonstrated commitment to best practices, you’ll ensure compliance with data governance policies, GDPR, and sector-wide reporting standards. As a leader, you’ll mentor and develop junior analysts while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation that drives continuous improvement. Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships will be a core aspect of your role, as you engage senior leadership to influence decisions and deliver impactful business transformations.
