About the Role:
Lancaster University is embarking on an ambitious Curriculum Transformation Programme to redefine how education is designed, delivered, and managed across the institution. As part of this exciting initiative, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the IT workstream team.
In this high-profile position, you will work closely with academic and professional services teams to analyze complex processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the design of innovative, forward-thinking digital solutions. You will bring a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and confidence to challenge existing practices, driving significant change in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Key Features of the Role:
- Location: Primarily based at the Bailrigg campus in Lancaster (minimum of 2 days/week in the office), with flexible hybrid working options to support work-life balance.
- Opportunity: Open to internal University staff as a secondment (subject to prior approval from your current line manager).
