This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and support the University’s data-driven decision-making capabilities, as well as strengthen its management information and business intelligence strategies.

The Role:
We are searching for Senior Business Analysts and Developers to collaborate with both technical and business teams in an agile environment. Together, you will optimize processes, enhance information flow, and contribute to the design and evolution of Regent’s information systems roadmap. This will cover a range of essential systems, including HR, Finance, Work Management, CRM, and Student Systems (such as SITS).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in transforming business operations, driving system integration, and improving the student experience. Familiarity with SITS or similar student management systems is essential.

Your expertise will allow you to progress technical project deliverables, diagnose and redesign processes, and act as an important bridge between technical and business teams to ensure smooth translation of requirements and solutions.
