We are seeking a proactive IT professional to join our team, where your key responsibilities will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a diverse range of hardware, software, and operating systems, including audio-visual equipment. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to students with their personal devices, ensuring each day in this role is both rewarding and varied.

- Problem-solving expertise: Your ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills: A knack for translating technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team collaboration: Working across departments to enhance IT service delivery.
Your contributions will be essential to providing user-focused, dependable IT services that align with the College’s broader strategic goals.

- Proven experience working with hardware and software in a dynamic, user-centered environment.
- A solid foundation in technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Prior experience in higher education is highly desirable.
- Confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring seamless support and collaboration.

Working Hours:
- Standard hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
