Partnerships Relationship Manager
The Partnerships Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role within our External Collaborations Directorate. This position is responsible for establishing, strengthening, and maintaining the university’s strategic relationships with a variety of educational partners. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of partnership activities is professional, efficient, and compliant with all contractual, regulatory, and institutional requirements (including UKVI, Data Protection, and Equality & Diversity).
A critical part of this role is the accurate management of student and partnership data, driving process improvements, and contributing to BNU’s goal of fostering an inclusive and supportive community. We are looking for an experienced senior administrator with a comprehensive understanding of UK higher education systems, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a track record of analyzing processes to implement effective solutions. Additionally, leadership responsibilities include team management and ensuring the provision of a high standard of service and compliance.
