Senior Technical Business Analyst (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Regent’s University London, Central London (Royal Regent’s Park)
Contract Duration: Up to 12 months

The Role
Regent’s University London is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to bring technical expertise and systems thinking to a vital strategic transformation project. The primary focus of this role will be the implementation of Salesforce and its integration within the University’s existing systems landscape, particularly the Student Information System (SITS).

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage advanced technical business analysis methodologies to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure institutional priorities are met.
  • Drive technical improvements to enhance student and people-related processes.
  • Provide hands-on support for the configuration and integration of Salesforce, ensuring seamless alignment with SITS and other systems.

About You
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in technical business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. In addition, we are looking for the following:

  • Proven expertise in working with student records systems and CRMs, ideally SITS/eVision and/or Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical requirements and ideas to a variety of audiences.
