We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Senior Windows Endpoint Professional to become a key member of our End User Environment (EUE) Team. If you are passionate about IT, security, and providing innovative solutions, this role is perfect for you.

As a senior member of the EUE Team, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our University’s mission by:

  • Ensuring secure management of devices within our services.
  • Fully configuring Teaching Labs to meet annual teaching requirements.

You’ll also contribute to projects and initiatives to enhance and modernize our services, as well as providing technical expertise and escalation support to team members.

About the IT Services Department

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of centrally managing Microsoft Windows devices through Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune.
  • Expertise in vulnerability scanning and addressing security issues across managed services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to share expertise with colleagues across IT and the broader University.
  • A degree plus relevant professional IT qualifications and experience.
