SEO Executive
Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you driven by the power of search to amplify visibility, foster growth, and generate impact? We are seeking a SEO Executive to strategise, develop, and execute plans that enhance our digital presence across conventional search engines and emerging Generative AI platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, your role will be integral in shaping how our digital content is discovered, ranked, and displayed, ensuring we stay ahead in a constantly evolving search landscape.


Key Responsibilities

SEO & AI Strategy

  • Establish and implement robust strategies integrating SEO and AI optimisation to boost organic search visibility, traffic, and rankings.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to uncover opportunities and gain competitive insights.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in SEO and AI.

On-Page & Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, mobile optimisation, and crawlability).
  • Optimise meta tags, headers, URLs, internal links, and site structure for better search engine impact.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical enhancements and maintain compliance with SEO standards.

Content Optimisation

  • Work alongside content creators to optimise both existing and new content for maximised search performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on keyword usage, metadata, and SEO-friendly writing practices.
  • Ensure all digital content is optimised for discovery through search engines and generative AI platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilise tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz to track and evaluate SEO performance.
  • Generate regular reports covering rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor backlink health and support domain authority growth.

Collaboration

  • Partner with the wider marketing team to align SEO efforts with paid campaigns, social media, and content strategy.
  • Work in tandem with web developers and designers to embed SEO principles into site architecture and user experience.

About You

  • Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing within a results-focused environment.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise and exceptional analytical skills, with competency in industry-standard SEO tools.
  • Strategic thinker capable of turning insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proactive and eager to stay updated with developments in SEO and AI.
