Department and Role Overview

If so, Canterbury Christ Church University has an exciting opportunity for you to join the newly restructured Student and Academic Services (SAS) Directorate.

In this role, you will provide a range of user support services for the university’s SITS system, including offering first-line assistance to staff. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with academic and administrative staff, offering guidance and expertise on SITS functionality to ensure smooth operations across the University.


Your Key to Success

To excel in this position, you will be driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional SITS support to internal CCCU staff. You’ll ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively and efficiently. Additionally, you will offer crucial support to key business areas, facilitate day-to-day processes, and manage training and communication initiatives related to business operations.


Working Environment

Canterbury Christ Church University is dedicated to supporting flexible working arrangements whenever possible. This role adopts a “Flexible and Connected” approach within Professional Services. While campus attendance will vary depending on the needs of students, staff, and stakeholders, there is typically a balanced distribution between on-campus and remote work. Priorities are aligned with the responsibilities at hand and the service requirements of the role.
