The Role
As the Student Records Manager, you will lead the Student Records team and oversee the operational delivery of university-wide processes, including student and module registration. This pivotal role ensures the continuous improvement of student data quality and delivers efficient records management processes that align with institutional goals, enhance the student experience, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will hold a degree and possess experience in student records and academic administration. A solid understanding of the regulatory environment within Higher or Further Education is crucial, alongside operational management experience in delivering institution-wide student processes.
Your expertise in managing data quality and student records, coupled with proficiency in using SITS (or an equivalent student record system), will facilitate process improvement, strengthen institutional data accuracy, and enhance the overall student experience.
You’ll need to demonstrate proficiency in utilizing diverse reporting tools for effective record management and show a proven ability to think critically and resolve challenges promptly.
