About the Role:
The Systems and IT Coordinator is a key position that will drive the success of the Institute through exceptional systems management, data-driven insights, and process optimisation.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Institute and system vendors.
- Oversee upgrades, implementations, and enhancements for organisational systems.
- Manage and optimise key systems such as Quercus, Myhrtoolkit, Moodle, and Turnitin, ensuring they are effectively employed to support institutional goals.
