Position: User Services Librarian

Richmond American University London is seeking a User Services Librarian to join its Library Management team. Reporting to the Head of Library Service, this role is pivotal in delivering professional front-line library services and outreach, supporting the University’s diverse community and its commitment to academic excellence.

The User Services Librarian will oversee user-facing library staff, including Information and Student Library Assistants, as well as manage the library and study spaces at our Chiswick campus. Key responsibilities include promoting library resources and services, and delivering engaging information literacy sessions both online and in-person. These sessions form an integral part of Richmond’s applied liberal arts curriculum.

This position is full-time, primarily based on campus, with limited remote work during teaching weeks and greater flexibility during non-teaching periods.
