Web and UX Marketing Support Officer
1.0 FTE, 37 hours per week
The role is primarily based at our Oxstalls Campus, however, you may be required to work at any University campus across Cheltenham and Gloucester. The University operates an agile working policy, and it is expected that you will be on campus for a minimum of three days per week.

We are seeking a Web and UX Marketing Support Officer to assist in the development and maintenance of our website content. You will collaborate with colleagues across the University to deliver innovative and accessible web solutions tailored to their needs. Strong organisational skills, creative problem-solving, and a passion for technology and accessible web design are essential characteristics for this role.

About the Role
As the Web and UX Marketing Support Officer, you will:
- Manage the team’s inbox, providing first-line support by troubleshooting, escalating, and ensuring issues are resolved as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the University to review, update, and manage website content for landing pages, course pages, staff profiles, and knowledge base articles in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the ongoing development of the website by working closely with internal teams (Web and UX, IT) as well as external web agencies.
- Capture and edit virtual tours, promoting the University’s high-tech facilities.
