Role Overview:
As a Workforce Data Coordinator, you will play an integral role in maintaining accurate people data and ensuring the efficient use of HR systems across the university. Your contributions will enable colleagues and stakeholders to complete digital processes with ease, while ensuring a seamless service in line with agreed standards. As the primary point of contact for people systems queries, your role is designed to deliver dependable, high-quality support to all.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular data quality assessments and coordinating tasks to support annual statutory submissions to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). You will also use HR systems and reporting tools to compile, analyze, and present datasets for internal and external stakeholders, providing critical support for data assurance, decision-making, and reporting requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about working with data. You should have proven experience managing information within complex HR systems, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and integrity in data handling. You are well-organized and proactive, capable of managing diverse workloads and queries while adhering to service standards and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience to stakeholders.
You should be eager to fully understand processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Confident working in collaboration, you will liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals, while also thriving in independent work settings where you can prioritize your tasks and maintain focus.
