My marriage visitor visa application got refused
The refusal letter stated that my bank statement had nemours deposits which is not true at all
I only get salary and western union in my acccounr I’ve attached payslips and western union slips in application which ECO didn’t see I think
My application mentioned that my brother and my partner is sponsoring the trip which he was satisfied with
Then he said he is not satisfied with my economic ties I’ve attached my work noc
My employment letter active
Family document which is legal document from Pakistan nadra
My uk holiday is only for giving notice I’ve attached
Flight to Bahrain and hotel confirmed booking n paid for after uk trip
Eco is not satisfied that I’ll leave uk
And he stated that he know my intentions are to be with my partner which is not true at all
After refusal I’ve applied for PAP and attached all the documents again they accept then reconsider then application
But the issue is they said we will respond in 90 days but I have travel plan and everything is booked and paid for
Worst part both of us got approved holidays if we cancel them we can’t get holidays until next year march which is gona be way to long
How to contact them I don’t know I’ve email everywhere but no lucky does anyone have an idea how to contact them or tell them that 90 days is way too long
