About the Role
We are seeking a talented AI & eLearning Developer who is passionate about enhancing learning experiences, driving capability growth, and transforming how knowledge is delivered in the corporate world. This role blends the creativity of developing innovative new projects with the refinement of existing learning initiatives. It’s perfect for a collaborative, adaptable individual eager to leverage the latest advancements in training technologies.
Your mission will be to design engaging, practical, and impactful learning solutions that drive operational excellence, improve quality outcomes, and elevate customer experiences. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business, distilling complex information into accessible, effective eLearning content that fosters performance improvement and ensures compliance.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Brisbane CBD office.
Who You Are
You are an AI & eLearning Developer with proven expertise in Articulate 360 (including Storyline) and a strong background in graphic design and multimedia production. You’re passionate about crafting interactive, engaging learning experiences and understand how to transform ideas into compelling digital training solutions.
As a self-starter with strong planning skills and a knack for problem-solving, you balance working independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Your role will involve brainstorming solutions with clients and pitching ideas to secure new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Need
- Strong Presentation & Communication Skills: Confidence to both create and deliver ideas effectively.
- AI Knowledge: A strong understanding of AI tools and technologies, paired with enthusiasm to learn and evolve further.
- eLearning Expertise: Proven ability to transform PowerPoint presentations into dynamic and impactful eLearning or AI-driven training programs.
- Software Proficiency:
– Articulate 360 (proficiency in Storyline is a must).
– Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Digital Learning Design: Experience in creating eLearning content, LMS content, VCT, or blended learning solutions.
- Graphic Design Background: Creative flair and technical proficiency in visual design.
- Instructional Design Knowledge (Highly Desirable):
– Strong understanding of instructional design theories, interactive learning methods, and adult learning principles.
– Ability to create eLearning directly from raw content without requiring detailed storyboards.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging materials with precision.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: A genuine passion for enhancing learner experiences and delivering exceptional results.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Moodle, Totara, or other learning management systems (an advantage but not essential).
- Other Tools & Technologies (Highly Regarded): Experience with additional learning platforms, authoring tools, or AI technologies is a bonus.
