PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As the Attendance and Intervention Lead, you will be integral to driving student engagement and boosting retention efforts. This position involves leading a team to ensure accurate attendance data tracking and successful implementation of retention strategies. Collaborating closely with both academic staff and professional service teams, you will utilize data-driven insights to inform targeted interventions and foster continuous improvement in retention. A central responsibility of this role includes effectively managing and leading the attendance team to deliver high performance, accountability, and service excellence.
