Role Purpose

This role is focused on student engagement, retention, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate attendance records and monitoring student statuses.
  • Identifying at-risk students based on attendance patterns and facilitating timely interventions.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity for internal reporting and external requirements, such as submissions to the Student Loans Company.
  • Supporting academic and professional services teams by upholding robust attendance management practices.
