We are looking for experienced Business Analysts at both the Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst levels to join the Strategic Projects Office at the PPSC. These are permanent positions that play a crucial role in shaping and executing high-priority strategic programmes and projects aligned with the University’s overarching Strategy.

The Opportunity
As a member of the Business Analysis team, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the University to support the scoping, analysis, and delivery of portfolio programmes and projects. Your insights will empower effective governance, resource allocation, risk management, and benefit realization.
Initially, both roles will contribute to high-priority strategic programmes and related initiatives that focus on discovery work, aiming to identify solutions for improving efficiency and expanding organizational capacity.
Responsibilities
At the Grade 7 level, you will:
- Collaborate with the business analysis team to support discovery and analysis across various University functions.
- Use established business analysis tools and techniques to understand organizational needs, map processes, and explore potential solutions.
- Engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders to gather insights and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Deliver analysis that underpins the successful execution of programmes and projects while ensuring assurance and benefit realization.
