Join the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group as a Business Systems Analyst and become a vital part of our dynamic Business Systems team! We’re looking for a motivated, technically skilled professional keen to ensure our systems remain robust, efficient, and adaptable to evolving business needs.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work under the guidance of the Head of Business Systems, contributing to the successful delivery of the group’s Business Systems Strategy. Combining your technical expertise with a solid understanding of business processes, you’ll enhance, support, and develop a variety of systems and applications that drive organizational success.

This diverse role spans system support, development, training, and project management, requiring collaboration across departments to optimize technology’s role in teaching, learning, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, administer, and enhance various business systems and applications to fulfill evolving organizational needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate and other workflow technologies.
• Develop modern reporting and analytics solutions (e.g., Power BI) tailored to meet stakeholder-specific requirements.
• Lead and project manage the implementation of new systems, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Design and maintain secure and efficient integrations between systems using APIs, web services, and data connectors for reliable data exchange.
