Chisholm is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. This is a full-time role (1.0 FTE) for the initial two years, transitioning to an ongoing position at 0.8 FTE thereafter.
Belonging and Inclusion
At Chisholm, we value diversity and firmly believe in fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion. We celebrate the unique contributions and perspectives of every individual in working towards our mission: transforming lives through relevant, high-quality education. About the Role
As the Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in crafting and delivering engaging, clear communications that strengthen connections and enhance the Chisholm community’s experience. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to create audience-focused content spanning various owned and earned channels, such as newsletters, the intranet, digital screens, website updates, campaign communications, and more.
This hands-on role will see you contribute to a wide range of communication projects, all while maintaining Chisholm’s commitment to high standards. Working closely with the Communications Manager and supporting Communications Specialists, you’ll help shape and deliver content using established templates, processes, and guidelines.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in high-quality execution, and finds satisfaction in seeing the direct impact of your work. As a key contributor within a collaborative, high-performing team, you will also maintain a clear understanding of how your role supports the organisation’s broader goals.
About You

Desired Attributes
- A passion for writing and content creation, with a skill for turning complex or technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience working across various digital channels, such as intranets, websites, or newsletters, although a willingness to learn and grow is just as important.
- A results-focused, can-do mindset with a curiosity to contribute to continuous improvement.
