Position Overview
This position is responsible for guiding a team that offers specialized and technical advice concerning student records management, as well as personalized assistance and instruction for users of the student records system. The main duties include overseeing a service that not only provides daily support to system users but also comprehends and accommodates the business requirements of those users. The role entails coordinating with the student systems group on maintenance matters, testing upgrades, and prospective improvements, performing process evaluations and enhancements, offering guidance and support for statutory filings, generating effective training programs and materials, overseeing the application of standard and customized tuition fee schedules, ensuring accurate invoicing, and establishing procedures to safeguard the integrity and precision of student data for both internal and external purposes.

Department Description
The Registry Processes and Data Quality team is devoted to offering support and training for a variety of student-oriented systems as well as Registry Services processes. This extends to providing assistance to the Registry itself, across other professional service sectors, and to colleagues involved in facilitating the teaching and learning within academic departments.
