Fixed-Term Full-Time Opportunity (12-Month Contract)
40 Hours per Week | Monthly ADO | $42.33 per Hour (HS4)
About the Role
The Digital Health Capability and Skills Officer plays a key role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving digital learning programs across Grampians Health. The position focuses on building practical digital skills for clinical, corporate, and operational staff, emphasizing the safe and effective adoption of Microsoft 365 and other key digital health technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, blended digital training through face‑to‑face sessions, virtual learning, and self‑paced modules to promote Microsoft 365 and other core digital health technologies.
- Create and maintain practical, role‑specific learning resources, including pathways, quick reference guides, and job aids.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, system owners, and project teams to integrate real-world workflows and governance standards into training programs.
- Contribute to organization-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing cyber security awareness and promoting safe, compliant digital system use.
- Gather and analyze participant feedback and data to identify training needs and refine learning solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain this qualification.
- Proven experience in delivering training, coaching, or education—preferably in digital, ICT, or systems-based environments.
- Competency in developing learning materials, such as job aids, user guides, and instructional resources.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into practical, accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Experience in the healthcare or public sector is desirable.
