Role Overview: Director of Digital, Data, and Technology

As a strategic leader, you will set the direction for digital, data, and technology across the Federation, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Federation-wide digital and data strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation to enhance educational and operational outcomes.
  • Oversee IT operations, cloud platforms, systems, and cyber security.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
  • Foster data-driven decision-making and analytics capabilities.
  • Enhance user experience and service delivery.
  • Manage major programmes, budgets, and supplier relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field.
  • Senior leadership experience (CDIO, CIO, CTO, or equivalent), leading enterprise-scale digital, data, and technology functions.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale digital transformation in complex organisations.
  • Experience developing and executing digital and data strategies.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) and enterprise architecture.
  • Skills in cyber security, risk management, and information governance.
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of turning vision into actionable results.
  • Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High-level commercial and financial management expertise.
