Role Overview: Director of Digital, Data, and Technology
As a strategic leader, you will set the direction for digital, data, and technology across the Federation, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Federation-wide digital and data strategy.
- Drive digital transformation to enhance educational and operational outcomes.
- Oversee IT operations, cloud platforms, systems, and cyber security.
- Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
- Foster data-driven decision-making and analytics capabilities.
- Enhance user experience and service delivery.
- Manage major programmes, budgets, and supplier relationships.

Qualifications & Experience
We want to hear from you if you have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field.
- Senior leadership experience (CDIO, CIO, CTO, or equivalent), leading enterprise-scale digital, data, and technology functions.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale digital transformation in complex organisations.
- Experience developing and executing digital and data strategies.
- Expertise in cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) and enterprise architecture.
- Skills in cyber security, risk management, and information governance.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of turning vision into actionable results.
- Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High-level commercial and financial management expertise.
