We are seeking an experienced Drama, Production & Design Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. The role supports our vibrant community of staff and students by facilitating a wide range of academic, creative, and production activities.
The Role
Reporting to the Production Arts & Drama Administration Manager (Programmes), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the Drama, Production & Design departments. The position offers a varied workload in a creative and dynamic setting, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the student assessment process, adhering to academic regulations, deadlines, and quality assurance protocols. This includes preparing templates, entering marks, and distributing feedback.
- Maintain accurate and secure student records, ensuring compliance with data quality standards, confidentiality policies, and retention guidelines.
- Monitor and track student engagement, escalating concerns as needed, and ensuring staff members are informed about relevant learning support arrangements while upholding confidentiality.
- Utilize specialist databases and systems (e.g., student record systems and virtual learning environments) to ensure data accuracy, resolve issues, and respond efficiently to staff and student queries.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional with prior experience administering student records and assessment processes within UK Higher Education.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience and confidence in handling data, systems, and digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach to a variety of enquiries and casework.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering high service standards and fostering equality, diversity, and inclusivity.
Work Arrangements and Flexible Policies
