About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a Graduation & Certification Officer to join the Assessment Service team within the Academic Registry. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months to cover maternity leave. Our team fosters a dynamic environment that provides opportunities for self-motivated professionals to advance their careers.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate the student-facing aspects of ARU’s graduation ceremonies.
- Oversee conferment records.
- Ensure the secure provision of certifications for our graduates.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Academic Registry and other ARU departments, enabling you to broaden your skills and knowledge in the field of Higher Education.
Candidates should possess:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The capacity to thrive in a high-pressure environment with meticulous attention to detail.
As part of ARU’s agile working culture, the Academic Registry supports a blend of office-based and remote working to suit individual preferences.
This is a fixed-term, maternity cover for one year.
