About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Information Systems and Data Management Officer to join our growing team of data management and IT professionals. This dynamic position involves supporting a diverse portfolio of clinical trials. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in activities related to clinical research data management and database development. Main responsibilities include managing user accounts, addressing helpdesk inquiries, reviewing documents, conducting user testing, extracting data, and ensuring compliance with Information Governance standards.

About You
You will hold qualifications at A-level or higher and possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Teams. Prior experience in data management, developing online forms, and writing data validation checks is essential. Knowledge and experience in information governance are desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, along with meticulous attention to detail.

About the School/Department/Institute/Project
The Wolfson Institute of Population Health is dedicated to advancing excellence in population-based research and education. As part of this institute, you will work within the Centre for Evaluation and Methods (CEM). Your contributions will directly support the Pragmatic Clinical Trials Unit (PCTU), a fully registered UKCRC trials unit that leads and collaborates on clinical trials.
