At Manchester Metropolitan University, we’re seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual with strong technical and customer service expertise to join our Hardware & Logistics Team within the Directorate of IT & Digital.
About the Department
The IT & Digital Directorate plays a central role in achieving our core goals and shaping the experience we provide to staff and students. We focus on delivering flexible, scalable, and forward-thinking services that adapt to the evolving needs of our expanding University.
About the Team
As a member of the Hardware & Logistics team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many staff members engaging with IT at the University. Your contribution will be vital in creating a positive first impression of our IT & Digital services.
Our work involves delivering a variety of change projects across the University, including:
- Supporting office relocations.
- Commissioning and upgrading IT labs.
- Enhancing IT infrastructure in teaching spaces.
- Collaborating on capital (new-build) and major University initiatives.
This is a supportive, fast-paced environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the teaching and learning experiences of our staff and students.
