About Digital Services
The Digital Services team at ECU provides responsive, integrated, and customer-focused solutions that connect the digital and physical environments for students and staff. Supporting teaching, learning, research, and administrative needs, we aim to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose planning and services that strengthen ECU’s reputation as a dynamic and progressive university.
The Opportunity
Within Digital Services, the IT Business Engagement team plays a critical role in partnering with the University to align present and future IT needs with its teaching, learning, research, and strategic objectives. Acting as advocates, advisors, and key points of contact, the team fosters relationships across ECU to uncover shared needs, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
As part of this team, you will:
- Analyze and refine business requirements related to challenges or opportunities.
- Recommend ways to advance business objectives through innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and technical teams to scope and assess feasibility.
- Support the work of Enterprise Architecture, Digital Programs, and Projects.
