Position Overview:
This pivotal role entails designing and coordinating comprehensive IT training programs for all ADHA employees, in collaboration with both internal and external training establishments, to establish a robust learning curriculum. The role encompasses the creation and refinement of IT and digital proficiency materials tailored for our workforce. During the initial four-month tenure, the chosen individual will be instrumental in conceptualizing and evolving the digital literacy framework and architecture at ADHA, with the potential for role extension.
Essential Skills and Expertise:
– Leadership and Accountability: Take charge by assembling an IT Digital Literacy course catalog and potentially delivering training sessions while curating or obtaining guides for various corporate IT frameworks within the agency.
– Management Diversity and Span: Possess the ability to work diligently with leadership, training vendors, and internal teams, managing projects spanning different departments and stakeholders.
– Job Context and Environment: Maintain cognizance of the agency’s long-term objectives and the broader work context as it interfaces with IT Digital Literacy in the foreseeable future.
– Independence and Decision-making: While receiving requisite guidance, you’ll be expected to make informed decisions that align with the agency’s best practices and operational protocols.
– Stakeholder Management: Skillfully interact with stakeholders, proactively addressing their requirements to devise fitting solutions.
Educational Credentials:
– A qualification in training, learning and development, or a related field is highly regarded.
– Previous experience in comparable capacities is also greatly considered.

Merit Pool:
Suitable candidates will be considered for current and future positions of a similar nature within the agency for up to 18 months.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Applicants must be capable of obtaining a national police check.
– Australian Citizenship is required.
– Candidates need to secure and maintain baseline security clearance, with the potential to attain higher clearances if mandated by ADHA.
