  • Design and implement efficient, streamlined processes in SITS with a focus on enhancing the student/staff experience and maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Deliver robust, effective solutions aligned with operational and institutional objectives, supporting both short-term needs and long-term initiatives.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders, SITS developers, and testers to create scalable system solutions tailored to the requirements of the university.

  • In-depth knowledge of student lifecycle business processes and the supporting functionality within SITS.
  • A track record of delivering effective, student-focused solutions in a SITS-based Student Record System.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, and testers to design and deliver process improvements.
  • Flexibility to create both short-term fixes and scalable, long-term solutions in a dynamic environment.
