Position Overview

  • Role Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 months).
  • Location Options: Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, or Wagga Wagga.
  • Classification: Level 6.

As the Marketing Officer, you will drive the Faculty of Science and Health’s strategic marketing initiatives to engage prospective students and achieve course recruitment goals. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels: event management, stakeholder engagement, digital and social media, direct marketing, and the development of online and print materials targeting both B2C and B2B audiences.

You’ll also assess campaign outcomes, provide data-driven insights, and focus on delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for our audience at every touchpoint.


About You
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience.
  • A proven track record in event management, strategic marketing planning, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering content across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities, multitasking, and managing deadlines under pressure.
