The Postgraduate and Professional Admissions team is seeking three enthusiastic and student-focused Admissions Officers to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
We are looking for professionals with proven experience in higher education admissions and a thorough understanding of the application-to-enrolment journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. As part of a motivated and dedicated group, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, student-centric applicant experience that optimizes application-to-enrolment conversions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Experience: Extensive experience working in admissions within a UK Higher Education institution.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the postgraduate applicant journey, from application through enrolment, including associated procedures.
  • Entry Criteria: Capability to interpret and apply entry requirements, including non-standard and international qualifications.
  • Systems: Expertise in using student record systems.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage competing deadlines accurately and efficiently, especially during peak periods.
  • Organisation: Self-motivated and organised, capable of independently managing workloads while providing support to colleagues.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for both UK and international audiences.
