We are offering an exciting, full-time secondment opportunity to take on the role of Programme Manager – Student Record Systems Project. In this role, you will lead the university-wide Student Record Systems (SRS) programme, ensuring the integration and optimisation of student administration systems. Your work will deliver effective, user-friendly, and compliant solutions for students, academic staff, and administrators.
Acting as a key advisor to senior sponsors, you will guide decision-making across projects, process reviews, benefits realisation, and change management initiatives. You will take a proactive leadership role in driving a transformative programme aligned with the university’s objectives, while fostering a customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable team culture.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership and vision.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Effective resource and budget oversight.
- Delivering outcomes in alignment with digital transformation goals.
- Leading process reviews and driving successful change management.
- Supporting sponsors, project teams, and colleagues to embed innovative solutions across the university.

About You
