In this role, you will support students, academics, and external partners while shaping an engaging and inclusive programme of events designed for a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and evaluate projects, ensuring events are delivered professionally and to a high standard.
  • Provide effective administrative support, including contracting external partners and performers.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all stakeholders and attendees have an excellent experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Has experience, expertise, and enthusiasm for working in poetry, literature, and the cultural sector.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
  • Has strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Is experienced in customer care, event delivery, and operational management.
  • Is deeply committed to promoting inclusive arts and cultural events.

We offer hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to split your time between campus and remote work. We value flexibility and are happy to discuss tailored working arrangements throughout the application process.
