We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the Reach Out Tech Bar Front of House Team Leader. In this role, you will take charge of instituting the Reach Out Tech Bar, ensuring that our university community benefits from face-to-face access to a comprehensive array of IT services and assistance. Your responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations with a focus on premier customer service for all who utilize our Reach Out IT helpdesk, whether in-person or online, as a crucial component of the larger Reach Out initiative.
Moreover, you will be accountable for the proficient execution of front-line IT helpdesk services and digital assistance, leveraging your in-depth knowledge and expertise to oversee and bolster the team in fulfilling service objectives.
