**Role and Candidate Description:**
We seek a dynamic individual to lead the Resources Management team, a critical component of Goldsmiths’ educational and academic framework. The ideal candidate will manage, inspire, and guide the team to provide efficient service and ensure resources across various formats and media are correctly cataloged, classified, and processed.

As a member of the Extended Library Management Team, you’ll play a collaborative role in shaping and implementing new strategic initiatives (as per our Library Framework) and evolving processes to meet the changing demands and priorities of the institution.
