Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer (Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division)
Salary: £53,949 to £62,160 per annum (inclusive of London allowance) with potential progression to £69,073 per annum. This role also includes a £6,000 market supplement, subject to periodic review.

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer in the Academic Registrar’s Division (ARD) Systems team. This senior technical position will focus on supporting and enhancing the delivery of Salesforce solutions for the Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) Division. You will contribute to expanding the recently implemented Salesforce platform for PAGE, collaborating closely with LSE’s in-house Salesforce team and Deloitte, our external delivery partner.

The ARD Systems team manages enterprise-wide platforms, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and the Student Records System (SITS). These platforms play a critical role in the daily operations of LSE and in advancing the university’s strategic objectives as outlined in the LSE2030 strategy. The enterprise Salesforce platform is key to driving many of these strategic priorities to fruition.

The PAGE Division is central to LSE’s global outreach efforts, serving and collaborating with alumni, donors, volunteers, global partners, students, staff, and the wider community. By fostering engagement, PAGE seeks to increase philanthropic contributions and forge strategic partnerships that advance the university’s mission.

Role Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce administration and development, including the ability to design, implement, and deliver user-focused, value-driven solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in architecting solutions that address business opportunities or challenges while maintaining structural soundness.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in fundraising or alumni engagement within the UK higher education sector is highly desirable.
