About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Records team within the Registry department. In this senior role, you will take a lead in managing core student data and overseeing key processes throughout the student lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span across Registration and Enrolment, Assessment, and Partnerships activities, where you will contribute to driving continuous improvement in data recording, maintenance, and analysis.

Key qualities for this role include:

  • A methodical approach to accuracy and data quality.
  • A proven ability to handle competing priorities while mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident approach.

As part of the role, you will develop expertise in technical systems, including our student records system (SITS) and other tools supporting the student experience. You will lead on the University’s online assessment platform (WISEflow) and oversee the accuracy of data required for exam board reporting and related processes. Additionally, you will supervise the daily operations of the Student Records team, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to students, staff, and partners.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, responding to queries via email, phone, and in person. A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is essential for this role.
