Through placements, apprenticeships, CPD initiatives, consultancy, live projects, events, CRM-driven insights, and student enterprise opportunities, this team will bring UCB’s ‘Putting Knowledge to Work’ strategy to life—delivering tangible benefits for students, employers, and the wider region.
Your Role: Systems, Data and Insights Manager
As the Systems, Data, and Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the foundation of this new function. Responsible for creating and managing the data and CRM backbone, you will lead the development and implementation of an outward-facing CRM system. Your work will involve designing insightful dashboards and performance reports, enhancing data quality, and empowering the team to make informed decisions on employer relationships, pipeline development, and overall performance.
This is a high-impact position suited for someone who excels at transforming systems and data into actionable insights, streamlined processes, and meaningful outcomes.
