About the Role

Operating within the Digital Innovation & Change department, the Technical Delivery Partner is responsible for ensuring consistency, coordination, and transparency in delivery across the CRM, Service Management (ServiceNow), and AI & Automation platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead intake, triage, planning, and reporting practices to streamline delivery processes.
  • Support IT teams in managing prioritised backlogs, dependencies, and delivery rhythms to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as the gateway for new project demands into Digital Innovation, reducing coordination burdens for platform leads and architects so they can focus on technical leadership.
  • Implement agile and iterative practices, improve delivery workflows, and drive alignment across teams.

  • Total remuneration: $138,111 – $154,409 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of:

Base salary: $116,706 – $130,478 (pro-rata) per annum (HEW 8)
17% employer superannuation contributions
– Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks’ salary (pro-rata)

  • Generous leave provisions, including flexible work options and study leave.
