The Role:
We are inviting applications for the position of Technical Services Expert (365) to join our Systems Team. This role involves providing advanced technical support and expertise for Microsoft 365 and associated cloud collaboration services. The successful candidate will ensure the services are secure, resilient, and effectively meet the institution’s needs. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role also contributes to service development, operational stability, and continuous improvements across the M365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for Microsoft 365 and related cloud services, including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Bookings, and Zoom.
  • Serve as an expert on service security, resilience, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Maintain, configure, and document services to the highest standards.
  • Provide 3rd-line support, managing incident resolution and escalations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and Cyber Security policies, including change and incident management.
  • Drive service improvements and promote operational best practices.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in technical systems or cloud services environments.
  • Strong practical expertise in working with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise cloud services.
  • Solid understanding of service security, resilience, and ITIL methodologies.
  • Skilled in multitasking and adept at solving complex technical challenges.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
